Brief Bio: O. Delgado is a Cuban-Spanish visual artist living in Spain and a graduate in Visual Arts from the University of the Arts (ISA), Havana.
With more than 15 years of professional activity, he has developed a solid painting practice spanning different genres, including abstraction, portraiture, still life, and contemporary reinterpretation of nature-related themes and everyday experience.
He has participated in individual and collective exhibitions in Cuba and Spain, and his work is part of private collections in the United States and Spain, as well as institutional and foundation collections in Mexico and Spain.
His work is characterized by a particular attention to color, atmosphere, and image construction, combining a rigorous technical base with a constant search for new plastic and expressive solutions.
