- On March 11, 1984, Serge Gainsbourg burnt a 500-franc bill live on television. This famous provocation was intended to alert public opinion to the tax pressure he said he was a victim of. Appreciating this artist greatly for his career, his vision and his positions, I wish to pay homage to him today through this work.

SKE is a self-taught, versatile French artist who grew up immersed in the culture of the 80s/90s, inspiring a large portion of his artistic works.

He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stenciling, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic, expressive compositions, often with double readings, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.

After an exceptional 2025, SKE’s profile has risen noticeably. Winner of the first prize in the Urban Master contest (2023), then named Artist of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October, and he also enjoyed a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
