With The Dreamer’s Night, SKE revisits a timeless masterpiece from the history of art by integrating one of the most iconic figures in pop culture.
In a vibrant nocturnal landscape inspired by Van Gogh’s universe, Snoopy gazes at the starry sky alongside Woodstock, suspended between dream and reality. The luminous swirls and the intense pictorial textures create an immersive, almost hypnotic atmosphere where time seems to stand still.
SKE fuses two powerful imaginations here: the emotional depth of classical painting and the nostalgic softness of childhood. This encounter gives birth to a scene that is at once soothing and deeply evocative.
A sensitive and universal work, conceived for collectors who appreciate the dialogue between classical art and contemporary pop culture.
- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught French artist and a versatile creator who grew up in the culture of the 80s/90s, inspiring many of his artistic works.
He continually explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stenciling, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with double meaning, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s value has seen a notable rise. Winner of the first prize in the Urban Master competition (2023), then voted Artist of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025). SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States, and Asia, consolidating his presence on the contemporary art scene. In parallel, SKE also made his mark in the digital art market, a major trend in the past two years, strengthening the appeal of his creations to collectors.
Icons of popular culture, bold graphics, and rich textures characterize a style that is now essential.
SKE is undeniably an artist to follow, to begin or enrich a collection with rising value.
Awarded & Renowned Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY SKE’s work sits in a prestigious lineage. His lines convey the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversiveness of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works bridge eras: they revisit the classics, not hesitating to remix Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic akin to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing from the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons from our childhood. He stages Disney’s universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge McDuck. The influence of gaming, comics, and graphic novels is omnipresent: from the Nintendo universe and the legendary Game Boy, to Pokémon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), and the Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style that sometimes recalls Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside logos of luxury and fashion giants. His canvases capture the aesthetics of "Hype": you encounter the sneaker world (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also integrates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watches (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass-consumption icons like Coca-Cola. It is a vibrant art, with textured finishes evoking the glossy surface of Jeff Koons or the facets of Richard Orlinski.
This work is ideal to enrich a collection or bring a dynamic touch to your interior.
