Emma Beatrice Pierotti - MeMé - Art Brut

Work created in 2026 by the artist Emma Beatrice Pierotti, born 1990 in Italy, known as MEMÉ.

An emerging self-taught artist, she has participated in countless national and international exhibitions with participation certificates and awards such as Artist of the Year and featured in art catalogs as arte effetto for the years 2024 and 2025, e.g. Brussels, London, Miami, New York, Washington, Los Angeles, Venice, Rome, with frequent collaboration with Istanbul’s Academy of Fine Arts ARDAHAN ÜNİVERSİTESİ GÜZEL SANATLAR FAKÜLTESİ FACULTY OF FINE ARTS.

This acrylic and ink work is on canvas with mixed media technique, measuring 220 x 130 cm, with a strong visual impact due to the intense red that recalls blood or a good wine, a clear reference to the Art Brut style due to the writings in the lighter part of the painting. It is a deliberately provocative and raw canvas, with strong strokes, overlapping thoughts and stylized images.

Unique in its kind, in excellent condition, hand-signed with oil pastels, the work can be displayed both vertically inverted and horizontally, and on the back; the frame is not present. Shipping, insured, would be with the canvas rolled and placed in an appropriate tube. The work is cataloged and entered in the International Archive of Modern Art.

The work will be delivered with archival documents of authenticity and ownership, in paper form.
