πJS aka Stephen Joannon (Artist, Gallerist, Exhibition Curator, Music Critic…)
A versatile visual artist and conveyor of forms, presents ROBBIT: a series of brightly colored sculptures, a playful homage to the worlds of Barry Flanagan, Jeff Koons and Kaws, cradled by the electronic motifs of Herbie Hancock — particularly Rockit (1983), from which its name is born. Made in Tourrettes-sur-Loup in collaboration with an exceptional craftsman, the collection comprises four silhouettes, each then hand-painted in strictly unique variations.
Poem of metal and matter, ROBBIT blends bold pop with playful gentleness: a sculptural presence that strikes with chromatic optimism and a visual melody. These pieces, designed to traverse eyes and complete contemporary collections, are produced in limited editions — an invitation to seize the work before it disappears.
