The Dalmore Luminary No. 2 (16 Year Old) is a limited-edition Highland single malt created in collaboration with architect Melodie Leung of Zaha Hadid Architects. Matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and finished in Graham's Tawny Port pipes and Apostoles sherry casks with a delicate touch of rare peated Dalmore, it offers rich notes of Manuka honey, crème brûlée, ripe figs, Seville orange, dark cacao, roasted chestnuts, and a subtle whisper of herbal smoke. A refined whisky that blends exceptional craftsmanship, innovative cask finishing, and contemporary design.
