The painting measures 12 cm by 19 cm.
The frame is original to the period and has its protective glass.
Raffaele Zeloni worked in Rome in the late 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th. He is best known for the romantic genre, interior paintings depicting men and women of the nobility magnificently dressed in large and opulent Baroque and Rococo halls.
