Story & Heritage
Pointer-date watches are among the most charismatic calendar designs of vintage watchmaking. Before modern date windows became the standard, the pointer-date system offered a more elegant and visually expressive way to display the calendar, using a dedicated hand that travels around the outer date scale.
This Imperia captures that period perfectly. Its layered dial, red crescent date pointer, small seconds sub-dial and warm gold-plated case create a refined and nostalgic presence on the wrist. It is the kind of watch that speaks of an era when timepieces were not only instruments, but small mechanical objects of design and personality.
A lovely vintage piece for collectors who appreciate unusual dial layouts, mechanical charm and the romantic aesthetics of classic Swiss-inspired watchmaking.
