Veuve Clicquot II sculpture like a brick of milk!
Instagram : XTC.Artist
Plastic box, entirely painted by the artist, vinyl, varnish.
Glass is not included ;) (unusual item, cannot be used for drinking!)
Numbered out of 30 and signed on the bottom, Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided.
The specimen sent is not necessarily the one in the photo but will be similar and unique!
Careful packaging and tracked shipping.
Born in 1978 in the heart of France, XTC shaped his artistic universe through his interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual exploration evolved into a passion that was destined to come to fruition.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligning with the Pop Art movement, through the appropriation of contemporary consumer goods.
His creativity is expressed through bold staging of icons of popular consumer culture (such as McDonald's, Malabar, Chupa), which he makes clash with the world of luxury (including Chanel, Hermès, Veuve Clicquot champagne, and even caviar) and street art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, blending painting with all kinds of resins, plastic materials, and sometimes mineral ones.
He draws inspiration, among others, from Banksy, Keith Haring, Orlinski, Andy Warhol, Obey, as well as advertising and addictions in general.
All possible flaws or imperfections are an integral part of the work.
HAND-FINISHED “Sculpture made for commercial purposes, hand-retouched by the artist XTC using acrylic paints and vinyl.”
