2026 Artist Residency, Bridderhaus, Luxembourg
My works arise from an intuitive process in which color, form and space condense into their own visual language. The starting points are sketches, architectural structures, or individual color fields. As the painting progresses, compositions are overlaid, altered and renegotiated until a balance between clarity and openness emerges.
Architecture plays a central role. Buildings, facades and geometric shapes become carriers of inner states, memories and atmospheres. The images move between figuration and abstraction and open spaces for personal associations.
“SHELL” is part of this ongoing series of works.
Each piece is a unique work, signed and dated on the back. A certificate of authenticity accompanies it.
