The Waves - Hand signed, a 40 × 40 cm original digital painting on canvas, signed by the artist, dated 2026 and produced in France.
Description from the seller
Coastal bedroom with slate-blue walls, sea-blue framed on the wall. Sitting cross-legged on wrinkled white sheets sculpted by light into ridges, a brunette with undone hair, white shirt open over a black lace nightdress, chin resting on her hand: she looks through the open door-wall. Beyond, a white veranda, a blue-striped deck chair, the dunes, the surf, the ocean. Semiotically, the whole painting rests on a chromatic rhyme — the deep blue of the sea echoed by the wall blue, the whiteness of the sheet by the whiteness of the veranda — so that the inside and the outside become the same landscape, one interior, the other real. The crumpled sheet becomes a wave; the woman contemplates her own swell.
