The work was executed in mixed media on canvas, combining collage of prints on Chinese handmade paper, acrylic paints, and sheets of faux gold leaf—materials that confer visual richness, contrast, and subtle reflections, enhancing the pictorial surface.

The palette of intense reds, ochres, and browns creates an enveloping and expressive atmosphere, where the material, the light, and the texture interact in a harmonious way.

Fortunato Garcia's work has received very positive responses from international collectors. In June 2026 alone, the artist sold 11 works through Catawiki to private collectors in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Ireland—a reflection of the growing interest in his visual language across different European markets.
