The work presents three female figures immersed in a chromatic range dominated by deep blues and bright greens, with yellow-gold accents that create a vibrant contrast. The figures, suspended in an indeterminate space, seem to emerge and dissolve in the light, evoking a dimension of transit and inner reflection. The painterly application, dense and blended, builds a balance between corporeality and abstraction, suggesting a dialogue between presence and dissolution, between reality and perception.
The painting is dated and signed on the back. It will nevertheless be emailed the certificate of authenticity.
The painting is finished with a final protective varnish. I use only non-toxic materials.

Barbara Bartolomei is a professional painter and teacher trained at the Florence Academy of Fine Arts. Her artistic research moves in a suggestive balance between the mastery of traditional Renaissance techniques studied at the Sacred Art School of Florence and a conceptual investigation into visual perception and the philosophy of the image. Through a figurative language, her works explore the thin boundary between tangible reality and the inner dimension.
