In the light, the surface reveals a clear presence. Depending on the incidence of light and viewing angle, structure and depth change; individual planes become more pronounced. The work appears spatial and physical – perception arises while walking, standing, or lingering.

Frequency COPPER is inspired by sound and frequency. From my work as a pianist I transfer rhythm, pause and repetition into a visual structure.
The composition follows a reduced order. Repetitions create tensions comparable to held tones, while subtle color shifts mark transitions.

Title: Frequency COPPER
Size: 80 × 80 cm × 4.5 cm
Technique & Materials: Acrylic paint and heavy-gel structure paste on canvas, layered with different spatulas. The pigments form elevations and overlays with calm, pulsating tension.
Only materials of the highest quality are used: acrylic paints from Amsterdam Expert, texture pastes from Liquitex – all locally produced in Austria.
Frame: Wide supporting frame made of solid natural wood (included in the price).
(Black decorative frame not included)
Images: The images were captured under professional studio lighting. Light is essential for the color play of the works. The artist recommends placing under direct or indirect light to fully realize the color play and bring the works to life.
