The CC - 2019 Release is the third expression in the distillery's annual limited-edition series. For this vintage, Whisky Maker Polly Logan carefully selected an optimum strength of 55% to strike a precise balance between intense oak spice and a dominant, syrupy sweetness.

Matured exclusively in hand-picked oak casks seasoned with Oloroso Sherry from Jerez, Spain.Filtering: Non-chill filtered to preserve full mouthfeel and natural color.


The distillery officially recommends letting this expression breathe in the glass for 10 to 15 minutes to fully unlock its deeper flavor layers.
