The piece is characterized by a substantial handle in 800 silver in classic style with clearly visible hallmarks: the purity mark .800 and the factory stamp "R25 30g" which attests to the amount of silver used for the coating of the handle. The R is the typical hallmark of Rhodes silverware.
The upper part and the movable blade are made of high-quality stainless steel. It is equipped with a knurled side wheel that allows millimetric adjustment of the cutting thickness, guaranteeing perfect slices of truffle.
