Sardinia, a 2026 original abstract acrylic and ink painting by Italian artist Emma Beatrice Pierotti - MeMé, on canvas 220 by 150 cm, signed by hand on the left side and the back, sold directly by the artist.
Description from the seller
Artwork created in 2026 by the artist Emma Beatrice Pierotti, born in 1990 in Italy, known as MEMÉ.
Self-taught emerging artist, she has participated in countless national and international exhibitions with participation certificates and awards such as Artist of the Year and appears in art catalogs as artefatto art of the years 2024 and 2025, e.g., Brussels, London, Miami, New York, Washington, Los Angeles, Venice, Rome, with frequent collaboration with Istanbul's University of Fine Arts ARDAHAN ÜNİVERSİTESİ GÜZEL SANATLAR FAKÜLTESİ FACULTY OF FINE ARTS.
This work in acrylic and ink is realized on canvas with mixed media, measuring 220 x 150 cm (the measurements refer to the entire canvas without the frame; you must consider the cm used for the stretcher, about 3/5 per side if you want it framed).
Almost a watercolor to evoke the sea of this island that has been my home for several years, an ancient, wild, mysterious and intense land, an autonomous and proud land, warm as its summers and cold as its mountains. The dinosaurs rested here. This painting is home, lightness, life and seriousness.
*(the measurements refer to the entire canvas without the frame; you must consider the cm used for the stretcher, about 3/5 per side if you want it framed).
Unique in its kind, in excellent condition, hand-signed on the left side and on the back, the frame is not present.
Shipping, with insurance, would be with the canvas rolled in a reinforced cardboard tube, suitable for shipping.
The packaging is made from recycled materials to counter pollution and encourage the recycling of existing materials; this can also become a creative and pleasant process, without compromising packaging suitability.
*For shipments outside Italy, duties and any customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the shipping service specifies otherwise.
The artwork is cataloged and entered in the International Archive of Modern Art; certificates of authenticity and archival documentation will be delivered together with the artwork in paper format. The certificate of ownership is available on request in PDF format.
*The photos of the artworks may slightly vary in color depending on the device used to view the painting. In images focused on detail, the color is as faithful as possible. In illustrative images I use a specific program for artists to simulate the framed work in a common environment.
