Antique mechanical letter scale dating to circa 1905 by Ph.J. Maul, Germany, made of metal and brass with an enamel scale, measuring 26 × 22 × 12 cm, in used good condition with minor signs of aging.

Offered: an antique letter scale produced around 1905 by Ph.J. Maul in Germany. The more than hundred-year-old scale has a particularly 'Art Nouveau' design. In addition, the scale features a double scale, as the counterweight can be folded to yield a different scale.
This special 'Art Nouveau' letter scale has a very beautiful design and is richly decorated. It is a beautiful and especially decorative object for the collector of 'Art Nouveau' and can also still be used practically.
