Description from the seller
Series: Monumental Silence
Limited edition of 30 copies - Aluminum support (printing on white laminated vinyl on 2 aluminum plates, rear mounting, and a flexible front lamination for UV and humidity protection). Certificate of authenticity sent by email - Signed photo on the front.
Under the pseudonym Adrian Voss, David Law is a contemporary artist whose work explores notions of calm, space and visual perception. His approach is part of a search into how shapes, volumes and light can create a contemplative experience, freed from any narrative.
Through silent landscapes, deliberately deserted cities, isolated architectures and abstract compositions, Adrian Voss develops a pared-down visual language, centered on balance and restraint. Places present themselves as suspended spaces, inviting pause and observation.
His work places great emphasis on negative space, slow rhythms, and deliberately limited color palettes. Whether organic abstraction or gentle geometry, the forms are treated as autonomous visual structures, detached from any figurative reference.
Adrian Voss's works are created from digital graphic compositions derived from an in-depth formal research process. Each image is conceived as a visual object in its own right, designed to dialog with contemporary interior architecture without overwhelming it.
Printed on aluminum, his works highlight depth, materiality and the subtleties of contrasts, reinforcing their silent and contemplative dimension. Adrian Voss's work speaks to enthusiasts and collectors who are drawn to sober, timeless, and soothing aesthetics.
Available formats in 40x40 or 60x60
