Vase - Murano glass - Vintage pink and white

Elegant vintage vase from the 1950s/60s in the shape of a classic amphora with two handles, crafted in refined Murano glass cased in color.
The body of the vase features a delicate pink powder/pearl-like hue with an opal/milky effect, achieved through the complex hot layering of the glass (cased glass). The slender balustrade form is embellished by two sculpted handles, manually applied hot in transparent glass with milky tones. The base shows the characteristic pontil point precisely ground and polished by hand.
The purity of the lines and the sobriety of color make it a timeless furnishing accessory (reminiscent of Murano manufactories such as Seguso, Cenedese or Venini).
Conditions: Excellent vintage condition. Smooth, even surface, handles intact and free of cracks or restorations
