Antique wooden jewellery box from Germany, estimated 1850–1900, with neoclassical bronze inlays, dimensions 23 × 17 × 10 cm, in excellent condition.

Ancient jewelry box in precious exotic wood with inlays in a neoclassical motif in gilded bronze.
The box presents a sinuous shape defined by smoothed corners and slightly concave lines and rests on small spherical feet in gilded bronze placed at the corners.
The lid features a central medallion where an oval reserve stands out with at the center a mythological scene in which a chariot drawn by horses can be discerned.
The front and the sides echo the same structure as the lid, featuring allegorical figures along the entire edge.
Condition: Excellent
Origin: Germany, late 19th century.
Measurements: 23x17x10 cm.
