Gaetano Bocchetti is an Italian painter and decorator, born in Naples in 1888. His body of work proves from the start to be varied and rich in ideas, worthy of a versatile and incredibly talented artist. Over the years Gaetano Bocchetti experimented with both landscapes and the human figure, achieving both with a certain expressive drive. Stylistically, he moves between the Secession artists and the artists of the Twentieth Century, creating a unique and personal mix. He participates in the Venice Biennale, the Rome and Naples Biennales (1920-21), before reaching the Exposition of Sacred Art in Rome in 1930. As noted, he also works as a decorator and undertakes frescoes in the model of 18th-century art. He began in 1918 with the Church of San Massimo in Orta di Atella, then continuing across Southern Italy. I provide secure packaging and shipping by traceable courier.
