Created to showcase the four signature characteristics developed during maturation in Bowmore's legendary No.1 Vaults on Islay, this first release celebrates the distillery's unmistakable maritime character.
Matured exclusively in carefully selected ex-bourbon casks and bottled at a robust 51.5% ABV, this non-age-statement single malt is presented at natural colour and non-chill filtered, offering an authentic and full-flavoured expression of Bowmore's coastal style.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh sea breeze, vanilla, citrus zest, ripe orchard fruits, gentle peat smoke, and subtle floral notes.
Palate: Rich and creamy with flavours of salted caramel, lemon, peach, vanilla, maritime minerality, soft oak spice, and elegant Islay peat smoke.
