In this work, acrylic on canvas (114 × 114 cm), the landscape becomes a contemplative stage where nature reveals its most silent and spiritual dimension. The vastness of the night sky, dominated by dense clouds and the serene presence of the moon, envelops the composition in an atmosphere of mystery that transcends the representation of place to enter the realm of emotion.
The solitary tree, tilted and stripped of leaves, emerges as the true protagonist. Its apparent fragility contrasts with the strength of its permanence, becoming a symbol of resilience in the face of time, adversity, and isolation. It is not a defeated tree, but a presence that asserts life even in the most austere landscape.
The painting develops a delicate dialogue between light and darkness. The shades of gray, black, and deep blues build a space where every glaze and texture suggest the slow movement of the clouds, the weight of silence, and the immensity of the horizon.
