Description from the seller
My name is Cyril Keller. I was born on September 12, 1978 in Saarland.
My artistic journey began in the early 1990s when I discovered graffiti art for myself. From about 1993 to the end of the 1990s, graffiti was my great passion. During this time, my enthusiasm for colors, shapes and creative expression—the foundation of my current painting—developed.
In 2015 I found my path to abstract art. This opened up a completely new creative world for me that still inspires me today. Since then I have devoted myself with great passion to abstract painting and continuously experiment with new techniques, color combinations and image structures.
I am especially fascinated by the unique forms and structures created by the scraper (squeegee) technique. Each painting is for me a new journey of discovery where intuition, creativity and willingness to experiment come together. As a self-taught artist I enjoy constantly evolving and finding new ways to bring emotions and dynamics onto the canvas.
Today I deliberately take more time for my art than ever before and look to the future with enthusiasm. My goal is to create works that touch people, stimulate their imagination and bring them lasting joy.
The best thing about abstract art, for me, is its openness. Every viewer discovers something of their own, brings their personal thoughts, feelings and experiences into a painting, and makes it work in a completely individual way. It is exactly this connection between artwork and viewer that makes abstract painting so special to me.
The canvas is rolled and shipped in a shipping tube.
The authenticity certificate is included.
