Cyril Keller - Believe In Magic

My name is Cyril Keller. I was born on September 12, 1978 in the Saarland.

My artistic journey began in the early 1990s when I discovered graffiti art for myself. From around 1993 until the end of the 1990s, graffiti was my great passion. During this time, my enthusiasm for colors, shapes and creative expression grew – the foundation of my painting today.

In 2015 I found my path to abstract art. A completely new creative world opened up for me, one that still excites me today. Since then I have devoted myself with great passion to abstract painting and continually experiment with new techniques, color compositions and image structures.

I am particularly fascinated by the unique forms and textures created by the squeegee technique. Each work is a new journey of discovery for me, where intuition, creativity and a willingness to experiment come together.

As a self-taught artist, I love continually evolving and finding new ways to bring emotions and dynamism to the canvas.

Today I consciously take more time for my art than ever before and look to the future with full enthusiasm. My goal is to create works that touch people, spark their imagination, and bring them lasting joy.

The best thing about abstract art, for me, is its openness. Each viewer discovers something of their own, brings their personal thoughts, feelings and experiences to a painting and lets it speak to them in a uniquely individual way. Exactly this connection between artwork and viewer makes abstract painting so special to me.
