Title: "Color Collapse"

Description:
It is not a quiet moment this image captures. Rather the moment when something gives way.

The colors seem as if they once had order – clear layers, perhaps even a kind of balance. But then everything starts to slide. Lines run downward, as if they can no longer withstand their own weight. What was once separate becomes mixed, tilts, loses its boundaries.

And in exactly that lies something familiar. This feeling when things that seemed stable for a long time suddenly wobble. When control dissolves and something raw, unfiltered becomes visible.

"Color Collapse" is not an end in the classical sense. It is a transition – chaotic, unsettled, but also honest. A moment in which nothing is held, and precisely because of that something new can emerge.

-

The canvas is delivered rolled.

Biography:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly designed studio – a place where I can fully immerse myself in my colors, forms, and thoughts.
Already as a child I was fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never let me go – it accompanies me to this day and continually inspires me anew. On trips and while visiting numerous exhibitions across Europe I was able to collect many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my works I mainly deal with feelings, inner states, landscapes, and fantasy worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods, and interspaces that are often expressed only in color and movement.
I paint out of passion. It is for me an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth are central. Every work is a piece of myself – an impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.

For a painting with the dimensions 160 x 130 cm you need a canvas frame of the size 150 x 120 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm.

You can then either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an artisan or gallery owner.

This is a handmade original, which is signed by the artist on the back and dated by year.

High-quality and lightfast acrylic paints have been applied on multiple coats of white-primed gallery canvas.

A varnish was also applied to protect the work.

This work is handmade and therefore unique!

--- Authenticity certificate included ---

Beautify your private home, law firm, practice, or office and enhance your premises in an elegant and stylish way.

If a person goes into his innermost depths, into a sphere that rarely comes to light, into a space that mysteriously and hidden is waiting to be discovered, tickled awake, also tormentingly propped up, then art is born.

Seller's Story

My name is Christoph Prein, a freelance artist from St. Margarethen near Knittelfeld. I have been painting for many years, especially acrylic painting. My abstract acrylic paintings and my classic works of art are made from high-quality materials. I only work with the finest artist acrylic and other selected products. All acrylic paintings are signed by me, dated to the year and sealed with a final varnish. I attach great importance to originality and confirm that each painting is handmade and therefore unique.
