The shown sculpture is a porcelain figurine of a dachshund from the Royal Porcelain Factory (KPM) Berlin.

Model: “Begging Dachshund” or “Dachshund Gesturing.”

Design: The figure was designed around 1913 by sculptor Wilhelm Carl Robra, who was known for his naturalistic animal portrayals.

Features:
Height: typically about 24 cm.
Marking: On the underside there are usually the blue sceptre mark.

At KPM (Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin), the letter F served as the official year mark for the manufacturing year 1906.
