Description from the seller
Yamaha XSR900 Bottpower Carbon Custom
This motorcycle is born with the intention of reinterpreting the Yamaha XSR900 from a perspective different from the usual one. The project objective was not simply to install an aesthetic kit, but to develop a motorcycle that is balanced, where design, manufacturing quality, and dynamic behavior evolve together.
The base chosen is a Yamaha XSR900 equipped with the well-known CP3 889 cc engine, one of Yamaha’s most appreciated mechanics for its character, flexibility and reliability. On this platform the complete Bottpower Carbon kit was installed, developed and manufactured entirely in Spain by Bottpower, a company internationally recognized for its racing-inspired preparations and for the quality of its developments.
The kit profoundly changes the motorcycle’s visual identity through a set of carbon fiber components that include the endurance-style front, tank, single-seat tail, side panels, and numerous specific details. The result maintains the original proportions of the XSR900, but offers a clearly race-era-inspired image reminiscent of endurance motorcycles from the late seventies.
Beyond the aesthetic aspect, the project incorporates a significant technical improvement through components selected from some of the market’s best manufacturers. The front and rear suspension have been replaced with a fully adjustable Öhlins complete system, notably improving riding precision, stability, and adjustability compared to the original equipment.
The full Akrapovič exhaust system reduces weight, improves the engine’s response, and enhances the character of the three-cylinder CP3 with a clean, recognizable sound. The package is completed with Brembo levers, Domino grips, carbon handlebars, carbon hand guards, racing switchgear, Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa tires, fully LED lighting, and numerous CNC-machined elements.
Special attention is given to the level of detail in the assembly. The motorcycle features abundant titanium fasteners and multiple carbon-fiber components, aimed not only at reducing weight but also at maintaining a clean and coherent aesthetic line across all visible elements.
One of the most important aspects of this unit is that all modifications have been legalized and are properly homologated, allowing road use without compromising the owner’s legal security.
The overall condition of the motorcycle is excellent, both mechanically and aesthetically. It has received careful maintenance and requires no intervention for immediate use.
This is not a motorcycle modified with a catalog of accessories installed without criterion, but a complete project developed around a concrete vision, where each component serves a technical and aesthetic function. The combination of the Bottpower Carbon kit with components from manufacturers such as Öhlins, Brembo, Akrapovič, Domino, and Pirelli results in a high-level prep, difficult to find on the European market and especially appealing for collectors or enthusiasts seeking an exclusive motorcycle, fully functional and with its own identity.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
