“Le strade del mondo” is a work with a strong visual impact, built through a dense weave of lines, intersections and fields that animate the entire surface. The intense yellow and deep green emerge with extraordinary force on the dark background, while the combination of oil and enamel gives the painting texture, brilliance and continuous movement. Giorgio Gost, an Italian artist born in 1962, has built an original research based on color, geometric forms and material experimentation. Among his best-known cycles are the “Paths,” the “Capsules of Time” and the series “After,” dedicated to a personal reinterpretation of major figures of modern and contemporary art, from Warhol and Manzoni to Fontana, De Chirico and Boetti.
