Description from the seller

Antique Soprano Flicorno with rotary valves (cylinders) - Year 1908 - Functional with military stamp
For sale splendid and rare antique valve-sax? No, Soprano horn with rotary valves (cylinders), dating exactly to 1908. The instrument is in excellent historical condition and, unlike many antique models, is FULLY FUNCTIONAL: the three cylinders rotate freely, the slides move without obstruction, and the instrument produces a regular sound. It retains its beautiful original patina and comes complete with its deep-t cup mouthpiece from the period. On the bell there is the original clearly legible inscription: "B N 1908". Just above the year there is a very rare antique stamp with the number 4 and an arrow, which almost certainly confirms the instrument’s assignment to a military unit or to an institutional body of the era (inventory/testing number).
A piece of history of traditional band and military heritage, perfect for players of historic brass, music-collectors of musical antiques, or lovers of early 20th-century memorabilia.

Conditions: Functional, original patina, slight signs of aging attesting to its authenticity.
Shipping:
Available to ship with careful protective packaging / Available for local pickup.
