​About the Work
​In the work “Veins of the Universe: The Silent Passage” the contemporary artist Liana explores the psychological boundary between human consciousness and the cosmic rhythm.
​At the center of the composition a visually powerful, richly textured boat drifts on calm water and symbolizes the inner, existential journey of the human soul — at the threshold between the conscious and the unconscious. The silhouettes of the trees surrounding the boat, the anchoring in memory and roots, are woven with fine white lines — the symbolic “veins of the universe” that connect all living beings and matter.
​Through the synthesis of multi-layered oil textures and expressive brushstrokes the artist creates a meditative atmosphere. She invites the viewer to pause, reflect and follow the invisible threads that connect one’s inner landscape with the infinite cosmos.
​About the Artist
​Liana is a Berlin-based, established freelance artist known for her expressive abstract and figurative works. In her oeuvre she engages deeply with the themes of nature, space and human psychology.
