R. Robin presents Game(XL)Original, a 2026 original acrylic painting in contemporary style on canvas measuring 100 by 80 cm, signed by hand, with a certificate of authenticity, shipped rolled in a professional cardboard tube from Spain directly by the artist.
Description from the seller
The work belongs to the series Gardens of Memory, a pictorial study in which landscape, geometry, and everyday memory overlap in a single visual space. The composition faces a plane of precise lines with a cone-shaped tree of almost sculptural character, while a background built from fragments, vegetation, and pomegranates creates a sense of emotional depth. The piece juxtaposes the natural and the artificial, order and intuition, turning the play into a metaphor for the balance between memory, territory, and imagination. Executed in mixed media on canvas, it stands out for its intense chromatics, the richness of its layers, and a contemporary language that combines abstraction, collage, and figurative references, inviting the viewer to construct their own reading of the represented space.
About R. Robin
Robinson Rodríguez García is a visual artist, theater designer, and drawing teacher, born in Cienfuegos, Cuba, and based in Spain. He graduated in 2003 from the Provincial Academy of Fine Arts, and develops an artistic practice centered on painting and contemporary language, where abstraction, geometry, and a strong symbolic charge converge. He has also participated in important group exhibitions and international fairs, including Art Basel Miami, group exhibitions in France, and contemporary art events in the Americas and Europe. In 2017 he participated in art fairs in Mexico. His career is complemented by studies and international workshops related to scenographic design and visual creation, establishing a multidisciplinary artistic profile that dialogues between painting, space, and the contemporary symbolic experience.
