Unique and original work painted by hand by Léo Varek
French contemporary artist, Léo Varek today develops a series of pop-inspired canvases rooted in street art aesthetics, built around a strong visual energy.
Before this studio work, I created numerous monumental murals, notably in Europe, including an intervention of more than 600 m² in Courchevel, France. This background directly informs my current approach, more condensed but always guided by visual impact.
My works are now distributed internationally and shipped worldwide. Each canvas is handmade in my studio in France, using mixed media techniques combining acrylic and aerosol.
I work spontaneously to preserve a tension in the gesture, strong contrasts, and a true vibrancy of color.
