Playbill for two dance performances by the extraordinarily successful Spanish ballerina Pepita de Oliva (1830-1871; “Olivenkern,” actually Josefa Durán y Ortega; in her honor the Pepita March and the textile pattern Pepita were named). After the end of two of the provided comedies, Pepita performs Spanish national dances, “El Ole” and “El Crabicho.”
