Between 2003 and 2005 he taught drawing workshops at the Manuel Ascunce Domenech School of Art Instructors, and between 2006 and 2009 he worked as a costume and scenography designer for the Provincial Council of Performing Arts of Santa Clara, an experience that decisively influenced his spatial and formal conception in the visual arts.
His work has been shown in numerous solo exhibitions in Cuba, with notable presentations at the Provincial Gallery of Art and at institutional spaces in Santa Clara. He has also participated in major group exhibitions and international fairs, including Art Basel Miami, group exhibitions in France, and contemporary art events in the Americas and Europe. In 2017 he took part in art fairs in Mexico.
