BIOGRAPHY OF THE ARTIST:
(Born in Barcelona, 1953) A post-impressionist painter who, over the years, has expanded his range to include cubist and expressionist forms. Ramon Moscardó creates friendly paintings with a strong regional flavor of exterior scenes, traditional cafes and bars in Barcelona, Cadaqués, etc. He also paints interior scenes with characters, cats and violins. Nostalgia is often found in these spaces and in his still lifes. His drawing is barely defined, but virtuous and bold, making painting feel magical. Since 1990 he has lived in Cadaqués, although he does not stop traveling in search of new impressions to transform them into sensations through his brushstrokes. The original graphic work has also been part of his creation for many years. He periodically exhibits in Barcelona and Sant Cugat.
