Original poster created for the exhibition dedicated to Alberto Savinio, held at the Galleria Civica d'Arte Moderna – Palazzo dei Diamanti (Ferrara) from July 5 to October 5, 1980.
The image reproduces one of the famous portraits painted by Savinio, characterized by a style suspended between classicism, surrealism and metaphysical. The close-up framing of the subject and the intensity of the gaze give the poster a strong visual impact, making it particularly decorative even as a collectible work.
Printed by SIACA Arti Grafiche Gianni Tassinari (Cento – Ferrara), it represents an original testimony of the great Italian exhibitions dedicated to the artist in the early 1980s.
Format: 100 × 58.5 cm.
Conditions
Original poster in generally good condition, with normal signs of time and preservation:
- light creases at the corners;
- small handling marks and slight edge abrasions;
- slight yellowing of the paper along the edges;
- small surface spots;
- on the back there is a purple marker inscription ("SAVINIO").
The image maintains vivid colors and an excellent graphic rendering. The photographs are an integral part of the description.
Shipping will be in a rigid cardboard tube and will be tracked and insured.
