Unique Work
This piece fuses painting and object, transforming an immediate and recognizable image into a physical gesture suspended in time. The brush, embedded in the canvas, is not merely a tool but a living trace of the action, as if the mark had stopped exactly at the moment it was happening.
The neutral face, universal icon of detachment and emotional ambiguity, is reinterpreted through a broad, imperfect stroke, crossed by drips that crack its apparent static nature. The expression remains suspended: neither positive nor negative, but blocked in an intermediate zone where emotion and absence of emotion coexist. What normally conveys immediacy in digital form becomes something more unstable and human.
The insertion of the brush breaks the two-dimensional surface and moves the work into a hybrid dimension, between painting and sculpture. It yields a reflection on gesture as a real act, on matter as a trace of time, and on contemporary neutrality as an emotional mask: an apparently empty expression that, precisely in its fragile balance, ends up conveying tension, distance, and vulnerability.
SHIPPING INSURED!
The package is carefully packed. The canvas is shipped already stretched on a wooden frame; frame not included.
The artist established himself in 2024 as one of the most sought-after names on Catawiki, immediately after icons such as Kaws and Banksy. His art stands out in an exclusive context that includes other excellence categories, such as Rolex, Lego, Louis Vuitton, Porsche, Eames, Macallan, Tintin, Cartier, and Pokémon. A talent recognized not only for creative value but also as one of the most promising investments of the year.
Born in 1992 in Macerata, Marche, the Italian artist pursued a path that, between studies in Geometer and Architecture, led him to collaborate with a resin sculpture artisan. There arose an ever-stronger need to find himself and unleash his creativity.
His works are sold worldwide, collaborating with galleries in Italy and Europe.
His art is widely appreciated and cannot be missing among collectors of paintings and sculptures in street art, pop art, and contemporary art.
"Classifying one’s own art is never easy; I try to convey what my eyes see, my way of perceiving what surrounds me, and I rework it with a design that harmonizes with modern times: impactful and memorable."
