Harrington Mann (October 7, 1864 – February 28, 1937) was a Scottish portraitist and a member of the Glasgow Boys movement in the 1880s.

Mann was born in Glasgow and began his studies at the Glasgow School of Art. He then studied at the Slade School of Fine Art in London under Professor Alphonse Legros. He then studied in Paris under the figurative painters Gustave Boulanger and Jules-Joseph Lefebvre at the Académie Julian.

Mann's early paintings, dating from the 1880s, mainly depict fishing communities in Yorkshire. He began to make a name for himself in portraiture in the 1890s.

He found success with his society portraits, especially those of children, including members of the British royal family.

His work was influenced by James McNeill Whistler and John Singer Sargent.
