Frame (4) - Wood

Charming set of four photographic frames dating from the late 19th century, representative of the decorative taste of the era. The frames are made of carved and moulded wood, some richly adorned with floral and botanical motifs in the Art Nouveau style around 1890.

The frames were intended to hold photographs. Two of them do.

The frames are in good condition despite some missing pieces. Beautiful decorative objects. The frame with the photo of the child on its stand that does not hold up well.
