Never seen before: a living dog without forefeet, without the upper leg bones, and without shoulder blades, born in France, this dog is 11 weeks old and in Paris was viewed with the greatest interest by His Majesty the Emperor and the highest dignitaries; thus I also hope to win applause here in Leipzig from esteemed nature-lovers.
