Original manifesto created for the grand exhibition "La Pittura Metafisica," held at the Institute of Culture of Palazzo Grassi in Venice from May 26 to July 15, 1979.
The image reproduces one of Giorgio de Chirico's most famous paintings, The Disturbing Muses (1918), a symbol of Metaphysical painting and chosen as the official image of the exhibition. The exhibition, curated by Giuliano Briganti and Ester Coen, represented one of the most important events devoted to the rediscovery of Italian Metaphysics, bringing together works by De Chirico, Carrà, Morandi, Savinio and European artists influenced by this movement.
Printed in 1979 by Stamperia di Venezia, as indicated at the bottom margin.

Poster in generally good condition.
Features:
- slight waves;
- some light foxing and small signs of aging concentrated mainly on the white margins;
- minimal traces of wear on the corners and edges;
- back with light signs of aging and previous storage.
Colors still very bright and print well preserved.
The photographs constitute an integral part of the description.
