Call bell - Gigantic Service bell - United Kingdom

A unique late 19th - early 20th Century giant service bell which would have been the perfect centerpiece display for a historic luxury hotel chain, a major concierge service, or a high-end department store to visually telegraph the concept of "Grand Service" or "At Your Service."

It is incredibly heavy as the bell itself is made of bell metal.
It has a beautiful patina and raised on a hardwood base.

It would have been a commissioned piece as we are unable to find another quite like it.

Good condition with some age related wear consistent with age
