About the artist:
Frédéric Truteau, self-taught painter born in Marseille in 1970, now lives near Aix-en-Provence.
His works, created in the street art style and inspired by emblematic figures such as Blek le Rat and Banksy, are imbued with humor and mockery, precious artistic weapons in his eyes.
Truteau uses these tools to take a contrary stance to ideas and situations commonly accepted.
Dare, disrupt, upset, surprise, no matter what.
For Frédéric Truteau, the essential is to provoke a reaction by sharing his own vision of things.
