With "The treasure", SKE signs a pop, offbeat work where two icons of comics seem to cross paths in a scene that is as elegant as it is absurd.

The composition puts in dialogue the spirit of adventure and freedom associated with Corto Maltese with the legendary nonchalance of Snoopy, an enduring figure of American pop culture. The sailor, seated on a wooden crate, seems lost in thought, while Snoopy adopts a almost philosophical pose. The central speech bubble, “What if treasure is a nap?”, humorously twists the imagination of quest, travel, and treasure.

The background, treated like a sketchboard and a comic, reinforces the narrative aspect of the work. SKE is a self-taught, multi-talented French artist who grew up immersed in the culture of the 80s/90s, inspiring a large portion of his body of work.

He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencil, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with a double reading, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.

After an exceptional 2025, SKE’s market value has risen notably. Winner of the first prize at Urban Master (2023), then elected Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was chosen as "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.

His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States, and Asia, consolidating his place on the contemporary art scene.
