With this square-format work, Medsan envisions Optimus Prime, the legendary leader of Transformers' Autobots, fossilized at the heart of a red desert canyon, his gigantic carcass having become inhabited landscape.

The treatment adopts meticulous landscape painting: ochre mesa cliffs, turquoise river winding between rocks, cacti and wildflowers, waterfalls bursting from the giant robot's hand. Optimus' colossal head, covered in moss and ivy, rises like a mountain, while a troglodyte village and a perched torii testify to a new life. The Autobot logo peeks on the hull.

The piece meditates on the fall of titans and the reclamation of the living. The mechanical protector of humans, silenced and absorbed by nature, becomes a sanctuary and refuge. Medsan transforms the mecha icon into a poetic relic, a bridge between science fiction and myth.
