All works by the artist are unique. They are handmade paintings crafted using various techniques. The photos are not edited, but slight color variations may occur due to photography. The cracks, nicks, elevations, paint splatters are part of the painting style. They are not defects and are intentional by the artist.

Please note that if delivered damaged, a damage report with the courier must be prepared and photos of the outside of the package before opening, followed by photos of any damage to the artwork. Complaints submitted without such documentation will not be accepted.

Manuela Decker – Intuition and Abstraction
Manuela Decker (born 1973) is a contemporary German painter who lives and works in Osnabrück. As a self-taught artist, she has developed an unconventional, deeply emotional visual language that moves freely beyond academic constraints. Under the studio name Gallery M, she presents her works to an international audience.

Artistic profile & style
Manuela Decker's works are associated with Abstract Expressionism and modern informal art. At the center of her work is the process of letting go. Her large-format acrylic paintings often emerge spontaneously and intuitively—guided by moments, moods, and the dynamics of color itself.
* Technique: She prefers working with acrylic paints, pastels, and texturing mixed media on canvas. The application of color occurs in layers, sometimes boldly spread, sometimes softly brushed or glazed. This gives her pictures a tactile depth.
* Contrasts: A recurring motif is the play with extreme opposites. In series such as “Better in Black,” she contrasts deep, dark expanses with sudden, luminous color explosions or minimalist lines. Imperfection and rawness are deliberately presented as aesthetic elements.

Philosophy and intention
For Manuela Decker, art is an outlet for the unsayable. She does not want to impose a fixed interpretation on the viewer, but to offer freedom for one’s own associations and feelings. Her art seeks dialogue with the subconscious.
