Description from the seller
Set of two metal yellow-tone “singing bowls” (brass-like alloy) accompanied by a blue and gold textile ring/cushion labeled “Made in Nepal,” ideal for sound practice, meditation, or decoration.
The lot includes one bowl with a relatively smooth surface and a second with a hammered finish, featuring circular lines near the rim and a decorative relief motif on the interior bottom. The set has a beautiful patina typical of regular use.
Dimensions: approximately 12 cm and 11 cm in diameter (a small label reading “10 cm” is visible on/near the cushion). Total weight: about 760 g.
Condition: good overall. Tarnish and oxidation stains are noted, as well as rubbing marks/scratches inside the smooth bowl, and small signs of wear. A greener-oxidation area is visible on the exterior of the smooth bowl. No damage observed on the rims. No maker’s mark detected on the bowls.
Note: sound quality and the presence of a mallet are not established here; sale as shown in the photographs.
