Acrylics and epoxy resin on OSB - Oriented Strand Board (mixed media)
This piece is made on a panel of OSB (Oriented Strand Board) on which I applied layers of acrylics and resin, leaving the wooden slats that compose it clearly visible.

Each piece is securely packaged, wrapped and protected for shipping and will arrive in a completely safe box, including the Certificate of Authenticity.
I use the courier provided directly by Catawiki.
A few days of delay may be caused by customs clearance at borders.
Shipping takes about 7 days; around 10 days for non-EU countries.
A tracking number for the shipment is provided.
Different light sources can confer different colors to the photos.
In the case of works that I frame directly, the dimensions may vary slightly since I personally prepare the wooden frame, stretch the canvas, and fix it to the frame.

Born in 1974 I am self-taught.
After an initial period devoted to sculpture there was a long hiatus lasting almost twenty years. Since December 2014 I resumed with the "two dimensions" for reasons of time and space, leaving sculpture behind and dedicating myself to painting acrylic canvases.
I love painting abstract landscapes but recently I have been pushing myself to paint faces of people, both imaginary and real.
For me painting is "locking time" in that exact moment; one of my paintings is often a faded memory and therefore my works are "consumed, eroded by time". Sometimes the subjects of my paintings are wall scenes also eroded by time, with moss and mushrooms that, over time, grow on the surface.
The passage of time is the main theme of my works.
Having had a wonderful experience with clay manipulation, I love sculpture, the third dimension, the sense of touch, and my paintings are often characterized by reliefs that can be perceived by touch as well as by the eye.
Recently, after several years in which my works were created from small pieces of recycled paper forming figures, I am pushing to explore Optical Art where I use painted wooden disks arranged in lines and grids, executed with mathematical rigor that, viewed up close, seem to form an abstract, colorful picture but the further you back away, the more a portrait emerges from the many painted wooden disks.
Violence against women is a theme that characterizes almost all of my works when I reproduce female faces, precisely to give them a voice when they do not have the strength or courage to report that they are not their partner’s dolls and cannot be mistreated or, worse, victims of violence.
